Barcelona as usual coming into the match, with a soccer formation,that has proven never to fail against a Girona, that left 1 man in the striking position and a formation, that left the midfield open and just as I thought that there was something not right about Girona's match formation, it came out true because Girona lost to Barcelona not by 1 goal but by 4 goals and with Girona scoring, only 1 goal. A failed formation, on the part of FC Girona.

FC Barcelona came into this soccer match, to dominate and dominate they did and thus, came into the match with this formation, not looking to score a lot of goals and not looking to concede a lot of goals, on the part of FC Barcelona, the whole match strategy, was clearly articulated, with the  tight midfield and the tight defence.
