FC Barcelona came into this soccer match, to dominate and dominate they did and thus, came into the match with this formation, not looking to score a lot of goals and not looking to concede a lot of goals, on the part of FC Barcelona, the whole match strategy, was clearly articulated, with the  tight midfield and the tight defence.
